I have a passion for understanding a customer's journey. The first 15 years of my professional career were spent in various customer experience roles identifying and understanding customers' needs and challenges and then designing, developing, and executing solutions to get what they need in a delightful experience. I'm a Massachusetts native, born and raised in Needham. My 4 years of college in Pennsylvania was the only time I've lived outside of the greater Boston area. My wife and I moved to Walpole in 2014 and have truly fallen in love with the town and community. We have two kids who are thriving in the town's schools.
